Who we are
Taqdeem is a confidential job-application inbox service operated by MiniCloud, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Who this notice covers
Candidates who apply to a job by emailing an address on trytaqdeem.com, and the hiring organisations (recruiters) who use the dashboard.
What we collect
From candidates: your email address, message content, your CV and the data in it, the profile extracted from it (such as name, contact details, experience and skills), your reference and application status, and anything you enter in the completion form.
From recruiters: account details, company name and the names and domains protected by the leak check, and the usage logs needed for security and billing.
Why we use it
To process job applications on behalf of the hiring organisation you applied to (we act as its processor), and to run the service and protect it from abuse (for which we are the controller).
We use automated systems to read CVs, extract data and compute a match score against the job description. These results only assist the recruiter; hiring decisions are made by people at the hiring organisation.
Who sees it
Only the hiring organisation for the job you applied to. And the providers we use to run the platform: Amazon Web Services for hosting and email (Europe — Ireland), and Anthropic's Claude models via Amazon Bedrock to read CVs (processed within EU regions). We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Data is stored in AWS's Europe (Ireland) region. We rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is deleted 180 days after the job post closes or expires (the hiring organisation may choose 30 to 365 days). Original email files are deleted after 30 days and attempt logs after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your application. Every email we send you contains a “Delete my data” link, and you can also contact us.
Security
We encrypt data at rest and in transit, restrict access to it, and never show candidates who the hiring organisation is.
