Acceptance
By creating a Taqdeem account you accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
The service
Taqdeem provides confidential application addresses for jobs, receives, parses and auto-replies to candidates' applications, and lets you track and message candidates without revealing your identity.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your job posts and the details you require from candidates (such as nationality or residency) are lawful under applicable employment law, for not discriminating unlawfully, and for keeping your account credentials safe.
Do not use the service to send spam or misleading messages, or to use candidates' data for anything other than recruitment.
Candidate data
You are the controller of the data of candidates who apply to your jobs; we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Notice. Use it only for recruitment and respect deletion requests.
Confidentiality
We do not reveal your identity to candidates. We warn you if a message mentions your company, but you are responsible for what you write.
Pricing
The service is free during early access. We will tell you in advance before any charges begin, and nothing is charged without your consent.
Availability and liability
During early access the service is provided as is; we make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
